I think these are the correct details. There are clear details on the grave stone, but they differ from the CWGC site information i.e. the stone says a Captain, but the site says a Lieutenant. There is no mention on the stone of being a serving Canadian, nor of a Annie W. Pullen. However, the date of death is the same. The details below are from the CWGC site.
